Pranayama Mantra
प्राणस्येदं वशे सर्वं त्रिदिवे यत् प्रतिष्ठितम् ।
मातेव पुत्रान् रक्षस्व श्रीश्च प्रज्ञां च विधेहि न इति ॥ २.१३ ॥

Prāṇasyedaṃ vaśe sarvaṃ tridive yat pratiṣṭhitam ।
Māteva putrān rakṣasva śrīśca prajñāṃ ca vidhehi na iti ॥ 2.13 ॥

It is the 13th mantra in द्वितीयः प्रश्नः (2nd Chapter) of the प्रश्नोपनिषत् (Prasna Upanisad), अथर्ववेद (Atharva Veda).
Meaning
All this is under the control of Prāṇa, including whatever exists in the heavenly worlds. Protect us like a mother protects her children, and grant us prosperity and wisdom.
